1. Not advice
Nothing on TEBFun is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No offer or solicitation. Do your own research.
2. Tokens can go to zero
Tokens launched or listed here can lose all value, fail to graduate, have no buyers, or be abandoned. You can lose the SOL, $TEB, or other quote assets you spend. Past market-cap numbers are not a promise.
3. Pairing is pricing, not ownership
A quote pair is only the asset the mint is priced against. Launching or trading against $TEB, SOL, USDC, WBTC, WETH, ZEC, SPYx, MSTRx, CRCLx, MCDx, TSLAx, SPCXx, NVDAx, MSFTx, GMEx, AMZNx, KOx, GOOGLx, METAx, PLTRx, AAPLx, GLDx, PEPE, CYPH, BB, RUM, CATE, INJ, TAO, BP, TRUMP, FART, STONK, AVAX, PUMP, RAY, MET, UNI, SUI, URA, COPX, NEAR, ANTHROPIC, BOT, ANSEM, XMR, WIF, HYPE, LIT, PENGU, LINK, NKE, HIMS, ARM, or APE does not mean you own $TEB, Solana, Circle, SPY, MicroStrategy, McDonald's, Tesla, SpaceX, NVIDIA, Microsoft, GameStop, Amazon, Coca-Cola, Alphabet, Meta, Palantir, Apple, Gold, Nike, Hims & Hers, Arm, ApeCoin, Meteora, Uniswap, Anthropic, Cypherpunk Technologies, BlackBerry, Rumble, or any stock, commodity, or company. xStock tickers, Backpack Securities tickers, and PreStocks are tokenized wrappers on Solana, not equity.
Pairing is pricing, not ownership.
4. Token-2022 / Reward tax
Standard tokens: no transfer tax. On the curve, a 1% pool fee is split 0.5% creator / 0.5% TEBFun. After graduation the creator fee drops to 0.05%.
Reward tokens: Token-2022 mint with a 1% or 3% tax on every transfer, including wallet-to-wallet, not only swaps. That tax is harvested from every token account that still holds it and paid to the top 50 holders who hold at least 0.01% of supply, in the quote pair chosen at launch, not in the new mint. The bonding curve, the Raydium pool, the keeper, and the treasury are not paid. The creator gets no curve cut. TEBFun takes 0.75% on the curve. Some wallets, CEXs, and routers break transfer-fee tokens. Creators must disclose the tax if they market a Reward token.
New rewards launches are created with harvest authority already set to the keeper 4UvpQukL9gsr6dEBK5MZnTJitwihsFw89rEJysB3QqZH. Older rewards mints still name the treasury until it assigns that keeper once. A payout runs only after the withheld pot clears a market-cap schedule: $50 under $50k, $200 from $50k to $100k, $250 from $100k to $125k, then 0.1% of market cap, capped at $50,000. The keeper job runs every minute and works through every Reward mint in stages. It can lag, skip, or fail. A manual Pay from the keeper wallet does the same steps. Payouts are not guaranteed. The 1% or 3% tax on a mint does not change after launch. A few earlier rewards mints cannot pay holders because their harvest address was written wrong. Those listings are hidden. Trading on them still works.
5. LP lock
On graduation, the curve becomes a Raydium CPMM and liquidity locks. The Standard creator fee drops from 0.5% on the curve to 0.05% after graduation, and that 0.05% still goes to the creator. Rewards: the creator gets no curve cut, and the post-grad creator right routes to TEBFun. Locked LP is not permission to pull liquidity or seize user tokens.

6. No custody
TEBFun does not hold your keys, seed phrase, or your tokens. You sign your own transactions. A separate keeper key, used only to harvest holder tax and pay holders, is stored as a server secret. It cannot claim treasury trading fees or pull liquidity. We cannot reverse your signature, restore your wallet, or pull your tokens out of a pool. If Phantom warns about the domain, read the transaction before you approve.
Quoting against SPYx, MSTRx, CRCLx, MCDx, GLDx, CYPH, BB, or RUM is not ownership of SPY, MicroStrategy, Circle, McDonald's, Gold, Cypherpunk Technologies, BlackBerry, Rumble, or any stock or commodity.
Locked LP after graduation is held by the LaunchLab/platform lock config. TEBFun cannot pull that LP or user tokens.
7. Fees and launches
Launch costs about 0.011 SOL for rent, plus network fees. An optional first buy is a separate signature after the mint exists, up to 75% of supply, paid in the quote asset. That buy can fail even when the token launched. No separate listing invoice. Platform trading fees go to the treasury and may later be used for $TEB buybacks. Token-page swaps also pay a 0.5% service fee in SOL to the treasury. A curve trade keeps its pool fee and does not add that. One percent of each day’s platform trading fee is the callout pot, paid in $TEB to wallets whose callouts were opened before a buy on TEBFun. Callouts can be posted on any coin. A wallet must hold at least 100,000 of that coin to post the callout. That pot is sent by the keeper when it holds the $TEB. Buybacks are not guaranteed. The 0.75% curve fee on new rewards launches can be changed later by the Rewards platform admin. Tokens already launched keep the curve fee they launched with.
8. US / Illinois users
The interface is available globally. We do not represent that use is legal where you live. If you are in the United States (including Illinois) you are solely responsible for whether launching or trading these tokens is allowed for you. TEBFun is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or registered offering.
9. Prohibited use
Don’t use the site to impersonate, steal artwork, misrepresent a pair as ownership of a stock/commodity, hide a transfer tax, or break law. We can hide UI listings; we cannot unmint a chain token.
10. Liability
Site, RPCs, DexScreener/Gecko/Jupiter data, LaunchLab, and the keeper payout job can lag or fail. Charts may not load. New pools may not appear on the board immediately. A pot can sit unpaid. TEBFun is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, no liability for lost funds, failed launches, missed graduations, missed holder payouts, tax surprises, or third-party protocol bugs.
11. Changes
Terms can change. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: X @TheEARNBull / Telegram https://t.me/theearnbull.
